Come join us at Camp Berea for a wonderful weekend of fellowship and relaxation, located on beautiful Newfound Lake.  We have a full program planned for the whole family including adult teaching sessions, small groups for teenagers, a children’s program for kindergarten through sixth grade, and a nursery program for infants up to preschool age.

This is an excellent opportunity to find time to draw closer to God, build relationships, and to spend time with your church family.  Along with the scheduled teaching sessions, there will be many indoor and outdoor activities for all, including volleyball, gaga, rock wall climbing, tetherball, tennis, foosball, pool, ping-pong, air hockey, soccer, softball, and hiking.  There is also opportunity to play paintball on an extensive course in the woods for a price, skateboard on a skating park with a half pipe, and enjoy a bonfire in a three hundred seat amphitheater in the woods.  And when you’re all tuckered out, you can sit by the stone fireplace in the lounge overlooking the lake, and marvel at God’s creation.

Registration forms will be taken beginning June 8th.  The cost of the retreat includes a two night stay, snack on Friday evening, five meals, and use of the facilities.  Cost will vary upon accommodation.  Cabins range in set-up and style from a bunk house to motel-like rooms.  You can choose your level of accommodation; however, you must act quickly to get what you want.  See the registration form for more specific pricing.  Financial aid is available for those who need it.  We would encourage you to budget a specific amount of money each week to cover the cost. 

For those of you would like to create a payment plan, we have provided a form for you to personalize your very own layaway plan!  Between the start of registration on June 8^th and the start of the retreat, there are nineteen Sundays!  Dividing the cost over nineteen weeks will be so helpful in planning to pay for the retreat.  According to the layaway plan, the first six weeks will be designated to the cost needed to cover the deposit.  The following thirteen weeks will be designated to cover the remaining cost.  We will be available each week to collect the amount of money you designate toward the cost of the retreat. 

Making a plan can really help!!

If you are able and /or willing, please consider donating any amount, beyond your own cost, to the retreat fund to aid those who need it and to reduce the overall cost to the church.  Thank you in advance for your generous support.
